Where strategy becomes achievement.
Injaz Advisory partners with owners, boards, and executive teams across the Middle East to build organisations that perform — and endure. From family enterprises to heavy industry, we turn ambition into disciplined execution.
Our Clients

Who we are
We are operators first, advisors second. Every recommendation we make is one we have lived — built, run, and been accountable for.
Injaz Advisory is a division of Injaz Ltd, a management consulting and advisory practice based in Damascus, Syria with active coverage across the MENA. We work at the intersection of strategy and operations — the place where good intentions either become results or quietly stall.
Our clients are industrial groups, family businesses, and management teams who need more than a slide deck. They need a partner who understands the factory floor and the boardroom equally — and who stays until the change holds.
What we do
Four practices, one standard of rigour.
Each engagement is tailored, but our discipline is constant: diagnose honestly, design practically, and build capability that outlasts our involvement.

01
Digital Transformation & Enterprise Systems
End-to-end guidance from strategy through execution: we help organizations select the right digital solutions, redesign core processes, and automate business systems—so technology investment translates into measurable operational gains.
Digital Strategy & Roadmap
Assess digital maturity, define a prioritized transformation roadmap tied to business objectives, and build the governance to execute it.
ERP Selection & Implementation
Vendor-neutral requirements definition, structured selection, and implementation oversight—managing scope, data migration, and change adoption to protect timeline and budget.
Business Systems & Process Automation
Map and streamline core workflows, then automate them to cut cycle times, reduce error, and free capacity.

02
Financial Advisory & Feasibility
Rigorous financial analysis and finance-function strengthening—from validating investment decisions before capital is committed to building the reporting and controls leadership relies on.
Feasibility Studies
Independent market, technical, and financial feasibility with clear-eyed projections, sensitivity analysis, and go/no-go recommendations that stand up to lender and investor scrutiny.
Accounting Function Review & Optimization
Diagnose the finance function end-to-end—people, process, systems, and close cycle—then redesign for accuracy, speed, and scalability.
Financial Reporting & Controls
Build management reporting that drives decisions and internal controls that safeguard assets, ensure compliance, and withstand audit.

03
People, Governance & Organizational Design
Building the structures, systems, and policies that let organizations—and the families who own them—scale, professionalize, and endure.
HR Consulting
Design the people infrastructure that supports growth: role architecture, performance and compensation frameworks, talent development, and HR processes that scale with the business.
Change Management
Lead the people side of transformation—stakeholder alignment, communication, and adoption—so new structures, systems, and ways of working take hold rather than stall.
Organizational Development & Design
Align structure to strategy—reporting lines, RACI, KPIs, SOPs—and build the capabilities and culture to execute, so the organization performs as designed rather than by improvisation.

04
Family Business Governance
Establishing the governance and succession structures that separate ownership from management, professionalize decision-making, and safeguard continuity across generations.
Governance Structures
Establish the boards, family councils, and bylaws that separate ownership from management, clarify roles and decision rights, and bring professional discipline to how the business is run.
Succession Planning
Prepare the next generation and structure the transition of leadership and ownership—so the handover strengthens the enterprise rather than destabilizing it.
Family Constitution & Charter
Codify the family’s shared values, ownership principles, and conflict-resolution mechanisms into a governing framework that preserves wealth, prevents disputes, and protects the family’s heritage across generations.
Where we work
Depth in the industries that build economies.
Twenty-five years of hands-on operating experience—not advising from the outside, but running the plants, melt shops, and operations ourselves—give us a rare fluency in sectors where mistakes are measured in millions.
Steel & Heavy Industry
Melt shops, rolling mills, and greenfield plant evaluation—from technical due diligence and equipment sourcing to operational readiness.
Manufacturing Operations
Improving efficiency, reducing cost, and building operating systems that outlast the engagement.
Product Development & Distribution
Taking products from concept to market—building the operating infrastructure, automation, and lean processes that scale, with innovation and creativity at the core.
Family Enterprises
Family businesses—building the governance and succession structures that preserve wealth, prevent conflict, and carry ownership and family heritage intact into the next generation.

01
Diagnose
We start with the truth — an honest, evidence-based read of where the organisation actually stands, not where it hopes to be.
02
Design
We build practical solutions — structures, processes, and plans engineered for your context, not borrowed from a textbook.
03
Deliver
We stay on the ground through implementation, leading the change and adjusting as reality tests the plan.

We transfer capability to your people through training and coaching, so the results outlast our engagement.
